A Kipcon Operating Manual is a site-specific document that serves as a how-to guide for the owner, property manager or board of trustees. It helps all parties concerned understand a variety of procedures, including the operation of the major mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance of common areas, scheduled replacement of building components and the importance of proper funding. Based on site visits and previous documentation, including construction documents and specifications, our Operating Manual will provide a plan to efficiently operate the facilities for many years to come.
