Kipcon is a Partner with the New Jersey Clean Energy Program in their Pay for Performance design incentives and upgrade programs. As a state approved energy expert, Kipcon can develop the energy reduction plan, perform the building modeling/simulations and provide the commissioning required for program applicants to receive their state-funded monetary reductions, credits, refunds or rebates.
With our affiliate company, Energy Squared, LLC, we offer energy audits, building control system design and optimization, advice and analysis of HVAC and electrical systems, renewable energy feasibility studies, sub-metering and analysis of possible rebates/incentives.
