Design Specifications are a written and/or graphical presentation of a proposed project, which provide the necessary construction details (such as what angle to build and what materials to use) so that the work is performed as intended.

Our engineers are professionally trained and experienced in preparing design specifications for all types of projects including pavement remediation, roof and deck replacements, drainage rehabilitation and mechanical equipment replacements and upgrades.
While contractors are skilled in construction, Kipcon has the expertise to address the causes of current and potential problems. Having a set of specifications prepared by a third party engineer also prevents contractors from selling work that is unnecessary or incorrectly engineered.
