Bidding
Bidding is a service that assists clients in choosing and retaining a contractor for their construction project, whatever it may be. At Kipcon, we first prepare a bid document detailing the project’s scope of work, written and/or graphic specifications and terms and conditions. These bid documents enable the client to receive “apples to apples” bids. We then collect a number of bids from a list of contractors. Finally, we prepare a bid summary spreadsheet that compares prices and an explanatory letter that offers our recommendations.
